We’ll chat for 20 minutes to explore your goals and ensure we’re the right fit. And if I’m not the right fit for you, I might be able to recommend someone else.
STEP 2
50% Payment Due Upon Booking Your Intake Session
If you’re ready to move forward, we’ll book your 60-minute comprehensive intake and collect the first half of your chosen program fee.
STEP 3
50% Payment Due Upon Booking Intake
After your intake, we’ll meet again to review your personalized plan. Your second (and final) payment is due when booking this session.
This structure allows you to spread the investment across your first two touchpoints, no added fees, no hidden costs.
Bonus: You’ll receive automated payment reminders and digital receipts through our Practice Better app. It’s all kept seamless and straightforward.
Insurance & Coverage Tips
Some extended health insurance plans cover Nutritionists or Nutrition Specialists. Coverage can vary, so it’s worth asking your provider.
Ask your provider:
• Does my plan cover a Nutritionist or Nutrition Specialist?
• What documentation is required for reimbursement?
We’ll provide everything needed for eligible claims: detailed invoices, professional credentials, and session summaries when required.
